Every Salt Factory item is printed to order just for you. We don't keep inventory sitting on shelves, which means your order is made specifically for you before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are printed and processed within 2-7 business days.

During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been printed, most U.S. orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production, we may not be able to make changes. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
